Career Profile

Engineering manager with a strong technical background in frontend engineering.
I find joy in working with people as much as nerding out on technical discussions. My mission is to help people unlock their true potential, achieve their goals and ultimately become a better engineer.
I learned a lot about people management by growing a two-man tech team into a multi-team department with more than twenty engineers.

Bootstrapped the frontend infrastructure including storefront, backoffice and design system.
Lead and managed the storefront team consisting of five engineers, two designers and a product manager. Established guilds, 360° reviews, hacking days and a growth framework for juniors.

Design System Architect

Lead the development of Volvo's first design system including its React implementation in tight collaboration with the design team. Also wrote all the documentation and onboarded teams to the new system.
